Pan de Campo is historically and culturally significant to Texas. It is a portable flatbread borne of scarce provisions experienced by cowboys/vaqueros on the cattle trail. It is also The Official Bread of Texas. Come join The Weslaco Museum for a night of history, fun, and family!
